FBA BASEBALL HIGH SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

FBA Baseball  offers a High School Developmental Program; one that trains and develops all of our young students to become confident and intelligent baseball players on and off the field through the game of baseball.

Our students are offered a complex but yet an advanced and structured High School Development Program that  operates year round to all of our age groups starting at age of 8U (3rd Thur 8th Grade)  as follows:

 

Mentoring

---

As a developmental program, we introduce commitment, hard work and accountability to all of our students.  Education is valued and a priority if students want to continue to be involved in our High School Preparation Program. We are here for our students and we strive to help them succeed at all aspects of the game of baseball and in life.

 

Training

---

In our program we train at minium 2-3 times a week through the year. Our goal is to build a foundation to each student individually. We start by teaching art of throwing a baseball, properly fielding a ball, build a swing with our professional hitting system and properly develop all pitchers off the pitching mound. Phase two is our advanced structured team development both on team offense and defense.  Our goal is to develop a fundamentally sound baseball player who is confident, understands commitment and intelligently can handle pressure and enjoy succeeding at all levels of the game of baseball.

 

Competition

Our High School Development Program competes 12 months out of the year.

8U through 14U Students

• Students compete once a week during the week in league play.
